The house
The comfort you look for when travelling, and don't always find.
An entire furnished, tiled house in a quiet neighbourhood of Daoukro. Finishing works are wrapping up; from opening day it can be rented for two nights, a week or six months, with nothing changing in between.

Starlink satellite internet, distributed by Omada WiFi access points around the house. The signal holds from the bedroom to the courtyard: video calls, remote work, online classes, file transfers.

Walled plot, locked gate
The plot is fully walled, with a lockable metal gate and outdoor lighting along the walkway. Your belongings stay yours, and the courtyard locks up at night.

Capital of the Iffou region, Daoukro is about 235 km north of Abidjan, via Adzopé, Akoupé and Kotobi. The road is paved the whole way.

FAQ
What people ask before booking.
Does the internet really work all day?
The house is connected via Starlink, a satellite dish: the connection depends neither on the local mobile network nor on local fibre. It is distributed by Omada WiFi access points inside the house so the signal reaches the bedrooms and the courtyard. During a power cut, the dish stops like the rest of the house.
Can we rent the entire house?
Yes, that is the whole idea: you rent the house, not a room. You have the plot to yourselves, with the courtyard, the garden and the gazebo.
When does the residence open?
Finishing works are under way and opening is close. The exact date is shared on WhatsApp: send us your preferred dates, we confirm whether they fall after opening, and we notify you as soon as it is set.
How does payment work?
By mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money or Wave) or in cash on arrival, in CFA francs. A deposit secures your dates, the balance is paid on site. From abroad, Wave and transfers to an Ivorian mobile money account work well. Every payment comes with a receipt, and amounts are confirmed in writing beforehand.
What about stays of several months?
The house also rents by the month, at a discounted rate: assignments, projects, returning home, family stays. You can leave your belongings on site between trips. Send your dates and we will make you an offer.
Is the house safe?
The plot is fully walled, the metal gate locks and the walkway is lit at night. The neighbourhood is quiet and our partners come by regularly. You park your vehicle inside the courtyard.
Can we arrive late at night?
Yes, with notice. Call the local number during the day to announce your time: someone will be waiting with the keys, even after nightfall.
Do the photos match the current state?
They show the finishing works, before opening: structure, tiling and ceilings are done, furniture is going in. Ask for this month's photos on WhatsApp and we will send you the real state before you book.
